I can design and download my design for free. you don't need to start designing from the beginning, modify and add your information to the design only.

I like canva cause they seem to be making efforts to improve, but there's other apps in the market that have more competitive prices and better editing tools.
I like the fact that i am able to manage how i want to edit the animation and I like the new tool that you can review the but what requires watch and review the slides directly in the slide row bt i still don't undertand why the image edition is so poor. the iimages come out dark and i dont have the option of natural light. the brightness is shambolic and leaves all white and blury. i need to edit the image in an external app before. this shouldnt happen when you are working with an edition app. the app says we can save sounds in favourites but i can not see how. if it is really possible it should be clear. when add a sound in the video and upload in the media, the system makes the sound one of my original when canva should have a system that aloows us to tell who the real artist is. this issue gives me real problems cause the media apps keep blocking my videos cause they iam infringing authors rights.

Repeatedly crashes my Google Chrome for Linux (latest version) and caused me to lose two hours of work.

I was being charged by Canva although not using it. I tried everything to reach out but the customer service phone number listed was "out of service" and they didn't respond to my numerous "form submissions" through their website. I finally got someone who said they would cancel my subscription (over a chat). Almost nine months later I realized I was still being charged!! I tried to reach out. They did not refund and it was too late to dispute with the bank. BEWARE OF CANVA!!! Don't subscribe. Use the free tool only! I was a frequent customer of their parent company, Shutterfly and now I won't even buy from them. Don't do it!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. I got business cards made and the text came out all overlapping and unreadable. Tried to contact them mutliple times over the last 2 months. No reply at all. Disgraceful

Used CANVA as it offers easy-to-use images, editing, and design creation, but the end result while looking okay on CANVA has terrible Resolution. I made logo and packaging design and should have used Adobe from the start, Now I have to redo everything, including replacing images, because they are blurry. Anything is small text is so unclear, that its a smeer.
There should be a warning, CANVA Is not professional, and the text & image resolution is AWEFUL!
Total waste of time and money.

I don't know how people in general can award this website 3.5 out of 5. It is far, far better than that. This is a fantastic website for producing infographics and other illustrations. The quality of the software is awesome and very powerful. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The learning process is very quick. The image quality is top class. It has been very carefully thought through which is why it is so effective.

I use it to illustrate my website. It is definitely a five out of five product. No question about it. As people aren't awarding Canva that, I have to suggest that it might be something that they are doing rather than what Canva is doing. Or these are malign reviews from competitors. Well done to this great team who have produced a wonderful product in my view.

Canva is a great tool for designing products but I their printing quality is poor. I've printed so many cards through them for my company and ended up having to get refunded for 80% of them. Many times they did not use the correct quality paper, the colors came out dull in comparison to what I see on the screen (I understand that some dithering is normal but the colors went from blue to straight up grey). I will not be printing through them ever again. Although it's convenient to have everything in one place, it's not worth the time you'll spend with canva support (as far as printing goes).

The website is very easy to use, but the quality of product is something I could have easily made at home on my own printer. They don't cut your stickers out, I had to hand cut 96 circle stickers myself. The paper it's printed on is standard sticker paper you can get at the store, and is very thin. There doesn't seem to be any notification about what exactly you're getting - had I known, I would have done it myself and saved $100.

I made a subscription but quickly soon realised I didn't need it and tried to cancel and thought that'd be the end of it.

Low and behold I go onto my account and they've charged me for 4 to 5 months after I had cancelled. I tried to reach out but nothing came back anyway today I finally managed to sort it. If anyone needs and app like this go somewhere else I've lost over $100 that I'll never get back for an app I couldn't even use.

Canva has been pretty useful for creating basic social posts, blog banners, and simple graphic design stuff. I also like the new documents feature with the magic write thing and the video editor. Although it is quite clunky and has very limited features, its good enough for creating clips for stories or shorts.

Canva is great. I've made invitations, cover letters and updated my resume using their software. I wish they would allow easier resizing. It seems they made this a paid feature recently which kind of sucks.

They are stealing your identity! They don't care! Beware! Fraud
No review it's fraud! Fraud! I opened a free account NOw they are saying I owe them $$$. Wake up people! You're giving your identity to people and apps that can't protect you. Wake up!

omg, isn't Canva great? Thank you so much Canva! I really like you guys. I just made a CV with them and it was so awesome and easy. Like a breeze in the air. Thank you so much! You guys are the best!
